Description: Red onions & mushrooms. I make plain omelets with 1 cup egg beaters and 1 cup egg whites four (1/2c) at a time, refrigerate separated with wax paper, & reheat with this and salsa in the microwave for 1 minute.

Spray non-stick pan and heat on medium high.

Add sliced onion and mushrooms and cook over medium high, stirring frequently.

Add water as needed, 1 Tbsp at a time, to prevent sticking if mixture becomes dry.

Place about 3 Tbsp in omelets or as a garnish on meat or rice.
