Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a saucepan on medium heat, stirring every few minutes until melted. Take off heat and cool. (You can also melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave proof bowl in the microwave by heating in 30 to 40 second intervals and stirring in between to make sure it doesn't burn.) In a bowl whisk the eggs, vanilla and sugar together until it is a pale yellow color and thoroughly combined. (About 3 minutes) Pour the melted chocolate in and whisk until combined. Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder, and pour into the chocolate batter along with the peanut butter chips. Carefully stir everything together just until its combined. Pour onto a cookie sheet (11X17) that has been greased and floured or sprayed with a baking spray and spread evenly. Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted in the middle and comes out clean. 28 pieces are pretty large pieces so it can be cut into 56 smaller pieces too.
