peanutbutter shortbread

2  cups		peanut butter
2  cups		Brown Sugar
2		Eggs
2  teaspoons		vanilla

1)I usually just empty a jar of peanut butter into a bowl, measure brown sugar in empty peanut butter jar then add that to the bowl, put in eggs, put in vanilla, and mix it up.....

2)spread mix evenly into the bottom of a cookie sheet so that mixture touches all sides.

3)bake in oven at 350ºF until golden brown around edges, keep an eye on it because I am not sure really how long this actually takes....

4)Let cool before eating, they need to set to be cookie consistency.

you can add chocolate chips if you wish.
