Description: I made this glaze to accompany my Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes. However, you may use it with any other recipe that calls for glaze.

Ingredients:  Makes 96 servings (48 teaspoons)

Glaze Directions:
Makes 1/2 cup of glaze. Each cupcake uses about 1/2 tsp.

Boil 1/2 cup water & let tea steep to concentration of your liking.
Once desired concentration is reached, in a sauce pan, pour the tea & sugar together.
Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly for a minute.


Once cupcakes are nice and cool, add glaze on top, let it cool once more...and enjoy!
