Description: Fish filet encrusted with pecans and topped with a little honey. Gourmet style, but very easy.
Ingredients:  Makes 2 servings (2 pieces)

Directions:  
Dip fish filets in beaten egg, then brush tops with dijon mustard. Roll tops of filets in the chopped pecans. Put on baking sheet coated with cooking spray and bake for 18 minutes or until fish is flakey at 350 degrees.

Drizzle honey over tops of filets when done and enjoy with your favorite vegetable.
