Directions:  
wash and cut in half 3 large peppers, cleaning out seeds and interior of pepper for stuffing.
cook basmati rice until done and cool
mix ground beef, seasoned salt, parsley, minced onion , eggs, pepper, 1/4 C. grated Romano cheese and rice together until all ingredients are incorporated
stuff peppers with mixture
Place into a casserole dish or a large baking pan
cover with marinara sauce
Bake covered with foil at 350degrees F, for 1 hour
