Directions:  
Chop up vegetables, place in pot. Add seasonings and water, lock on lid. Bring pressure cooker up to pressure on high heat. Once cooker begins to steam cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool down and drop pressure normally. Throw everything in blender and puree. Add 1 can of evaporated milk to make it creamy ( optional)
