Directions:  
Dice onion and slice carrots and celery. Mince garlic and chilies. Warm olive oil in a large pot until hot and add onions, carrots, celery, garlic and chilies and cook for 3-5 minutes until onion is soft. Add turkey broth to cooking onions to keep it from sticking to pot. Add chopped turkey meat and remaining turkey broth. Add cooked rice when soup is hot and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste.
