Directions:  
Mix Flour, Oats, 1 cup of the sugar, and baking soda together. Cut in butter. Reserve 2 cups of mixture for topping. Press remaining into 13 x 9 pan. In saucepan bring blueberries (fresh or frozen), 2 TBLSP lemon juice and cornstarch to a boil. Continue cooking 2 minutes. Spread over crust in pan. Sprinkle remaining topping over it and cook at 375 for 25 minutes. (1 tsp cinnamon can also be added to flour/oat mixture)
