Directions:  
Preheat oven 375.
Mix flour, salt & baking powder together. Cut cold butter into that with pastry blender until very small. Add water, stir and turn on to floured surface to knead a very little. Roll dough out to 1 1/4 inch thick and cut buscuits with upside down cup. Place on ungreased cookie sheet touching each other. Bake in pre-heated 375 degree hot oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from hot cookie sheet and place on wire rack to avoid 'sweating'.
