Directions:  
1 cut boneless skinless chicken breast into 12 strips
2 put canola oil in skillet and preheat on med high heat
3 mix egg and milk together with a wire whisk
4 put flour and seasonings in a zip loc bag and shake to mix
5 place chicken strips a few at a time into the egg and milk then remove and place in bag with flour and seasoning mixture.
6 Place in hot skillet until brown on one side then turn and continue frying until brown on other side and cooked throughout. (continue until all strips are done)

can be served with dipping sauce such as honey mustard, bar-b-que or ranch
