Tricolor Tortellini Soup

1-1/3  lb.		ground beef
2  tablespoons		oregano
1/2  teaspoon		chili powder
1-1/2  tablespoons		salt
1-1/2  tablespoons		black pepper
1/2  cup		diced white onion
29  ounces		diced tomatoes
28  ounces		Fat Free Chicken Broth
2  cups		water
1  tablespoon		garlic, minced
4  cups		baby spinach
1		carrot sliced

In large bowl, add ground beef, 1 tbsp oregano, chili powder, 1/2 tbsp salt and pepper. Mix to combine and crumble mixture into a skillet with diced onions. Brown in skillet over med heat.

In large pot, combine browned ground beef, diced tomatoes, corn chicken broth, water, garlic, spinach, carrots and additiona lseasonings. Over med0high heat, bring to a boil. Once boiling, add tortellini. Decreast heat to low nad simmer for 20 min.
