Description: Shredded Chicken Taco Soup,
Ingredients:  Makes 14 servings (14 cups)

Directions:  
(optional-marinate the chicken in 4 cloves of chopped garlic, lime juice & red wine vinegar. Then rub with cumin, chili powder, salt & pepper)

Grill or pan fry chicken ahead of time & shred with fork.

Saute the garlic, onion, jalepeno in olive oil unti tender. Toss into crock pot.

Add beans, chicken broth, water, diced tomatoes, corn, salsa, tabasco sauce, etc. to crock pot on high & simmer for 30 min- 1 hour.

Top with sliced avocado, tortilla chips, shredded pepperjack or monterey jack cheese
