Cut the avocado in half lengthwise around the seed. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Add the peas, lime juice, cubed tomato, diced onion, minced garlic, cilantro, seeded chile pepper, and 1/2 tsp ground cumin.

Place the mixture in a food processor or blender, and pulse to the desired consistency.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
