Directions:

Boil all ingredients together until skin looks ready to peel off.

(optional) Ideally, peel each tomato before placing in blender.

(optional) De-vein the jalapeños for a more mild sauce.

Place all ingredients into blender or food processor.

Pulse until salsa reaches a semi-chunky/pulp consistency.

Tastes best freshly made and still warm!

This sauce is very mild, but truly depends upon how spicy the jalapeño peppers are.

NOTE: works well to start off or compliment other dishes, such as using it in the base for Chiles con Queso.
