In a food processor mix scallions, mushrooms and garlic until it is blended.

Saute this mixture in olive oil for about 10 minutes.

In food processor liquify tomatoes, thyme, sage, salt and pepper.

Add this to sauteed mixture and simmer for about 40 minutes.
Note: You can add water to achieve the consistency you like for your spaghetti sauce (I usually end up adding about 2 cups of water).
