Directions:  
add 1 cup steel cut oat blend to 3 cups boiling water
reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes (covered or unconvered). Watch the first 2 minutes to ensure it doesn't bubble over the edge of the pot and to adjust temperature to a constant low simmer
Divide into 4 portions
Add brown sugar and walnuts
If too dry add a little water
to reheat microwave 45 seconds. Add sugar and walnuts after reheating
