In a medium skillet coated with cooking spray scramble the whole egg, egg whites, chili powder, and black pepper for about 4 minutes. Set aside on a plate.

Brush sides of tortilla with the olive oil and in the same skillet heat the tortillas, flipping once for a total of 1 minute.

Top tortilla with the Mexican blend cheese and heat the tortilla for 1 minute, melting the cheese.

Put the egg mixture, chopped tomatoes, and Greek yogurt on tortilla.
