Directions:  
Cut and Cube Chicken Breast
Put TBSP of Oil in Large Skillet on Medium Heat
Cook Chicken about 5-7 minutes or until is no longer pink
Add remaining ingredients slowly stirring in
Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
