Directions:  
Brown ground beef,
saute onions, and garlic in olive oil.
mix ground beef and oions together.

In deep heavy pot. pour Tomato Juice, Italian tomato & herbs & Kidney beans. Cook 1/2 hour.. add ground beef mixture.. Cook for another 1/2 hour or longer until thickens. Add salt to taste.
Add Shredded cheese or sour cream if you like.
