Directions:  
Chop potatoes into bite sized chunks. Put in a pan and boil until almost done. In another smaller saucepan put peas into water and cook. In the meantime make the cream sauce. Melt butter in small saucepan, stir in flour and blend until smooth. Slowly add the milk a lil at a time stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Pour over potatoes once done and add peas.
