Directions:  
In a small sauce pan, bring broth and water to boil. Add quinoa. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12-15 min, until liquid is absorbed.

Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, saute the broccoli, zucchini and squash in oil until tender. Add garlic, cook 1 minute longer. Stir in the seasonings and quinoa; heat through.
