Directions:
Prep: Cook 1 cup raw wild rice per package instructions & drain any excess water. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Cut carrots into bite size pieces. (about 5 large carrots also). Cut green beans into bite size pieces to make 2 cups. Chop the large YELLOW onion. Cooking Instructions: Heat olive oil in large pot. Add bite sized chicken pieces. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add chopped onions and continue to cook until onions are soft. Add water, carrots, green beans, celery seed, black pepper, cooked wild rice, and McCormick chicken base . Bring to a low boil and cook until carrots and green beans are tender. Remove from heat, spoon into bowls & enjoy!
