Put 16 cups water, bouillion, whole chicken, carrots, onion into a large pot and cover.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until chicken is done, about 20-30 minutes.

Remove chicken (it may be falling off the bones!).

Add 6 cups hot water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Add pasta and cook until al dente.

While pasta is cooking, debone the chicken & chop into pieces.

When the past is finished, add the chopped chicken back to the pot along with the white pepper and parsley flakes.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
