Directions:  
1 - cut up all the vegetables
2- boils them all in the 4cups of water
3- once the vegetable are all cooked put them in the blender with the water and blend until thick liquid
4-put all the mix back into the pot and add the maple syrup pepper and salt (add cream for a more creamy texture)
