Description: LUCERNE, I have notice that their products are healthier and less expensive than other costly brands. Most importantly, the taste is pretty good and if I can eat better at the same time. My husband is using a 6" skillet when he makes these pancakes, so one pancake is about 6" wide and he states that he gets 4 pancakes or 2 servings when he make this mix. This appears to contradict the information on the box and this recipe is more accurate than the box's instructions.

Spray Pam on skillet or grill then heat on medium-low heat or 375 degrees F. Skillet is ready when water drops sizzles then evaporates.

Combine all ingredients; stir until just all large lumps disappear. For thick pancakes use a little less milk and for thinner pancakes use more milk.

Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot "pam'd" skillet or griddle.

Cook pancake until it bubbles and the underside is golden brown. Then flip pancake and cook the underside until it is golden brown. Remove and repeat until batter is completely used. Unused batter can also be refrigerated though use within 3 days.
