Pre-heat oven to 425

Mix butter with parsley, green onion and garlic. Gently loosen the skin on the thigh end of the leg quarter with your finger. Put 1/4 of the butter mixture under the skin of each thigh. Press down gently on the skin to spread the butter evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
3)Place in bake dish skin-side up, for 20 minutes. Turn and cook for 20 minutes longer or until the meat is no longer pink.
