Directions:  
cook strips of meat, garlic, onions in wok. add worcestershire sauce, cook till meat is fully cooked. add package of vegetables. cover and simmer until vegetables are done. place water in seperate sauce pan, add rice bring to boil, cover and reduce heat to low. cook rice 20 min. serve 1 cup of stir fry over 1/4 cp of rice.
