Directions:
- Cook fettuccine as directed on package. - While fettuccine is cooking, cook chicken and make Alfredo Sauce. -Drain fettuccine. Pour chicken, broccoli, and sauce over fettuccine; toss until fettuccine is well coated. Sprinkle with parsley for garnish if you like. 1)Add olive oil and garlic to regular size pan on med. heat. Lightly brown garlic then add chicken breast (cleaned of fat and cut into small cubes). Stirring occasionally until chicken cubes are fully cooked and all juices run clear. 2) While chicken is cooking, place frozen broccoli steamers into microwave and steam as directed. (if you do not have steamer bag, place frozen broccoli in a microwavable container with lid and 1 tsp of water, microwave for 5 minutes). 3) In a 10in sauce pan, heat butter and evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and mixture starts to bubble. Reduce heat to low, simmer 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper.
