Directions:  
Melt butter in large pan. Add celery and cook until tender, stirring once in while. Remove from heat, add flour, curry powder, salt, pepper and stir until it forms a kind of dough. Add milk and broth slowly. Return to heat and cook, stirring, until it boils. turn heat down and let simmer for 10 minutes
