Directions:  
In a large saucepan, combine the broth, wine, lemon zest and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Add the scallops, shrimp, asparagus, mushrooms and scallions. Return to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until the asparagus is tender and the shrimp and scallops are opaque.

Remove from the heat. Stir in the lemon juice and serve immediately.
