Directions:  
Chop onions, green peppers, celery and sausage. Saute same in large pan for 5 min with olive oil. Stir in spice blend.
Stir in flour till all coated. Slowly add 1 1/2 litres water with 3 tsp boulion.
Add tomatoes, and simmer 5 min. Add shrimp and simmer for a further 3 min. Serve with rice in the bottom of the bowl and gently pour soup over rice.
