Directions:

Core apples, leaving bottom intact

Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans and raisins

Stuff into apples and put apples into small glass baking dish

Top with 1/4 Tbsp butter each

Boil apple juice and pour into bottom of glass dish

Bake at 375 F for approximately 40 minutes or until tender but not mushy, basting with apple juice a few times

Serve with a scoop of ice cream if desired
