Directions:  
Mix peanut butter and 2 tsp of the vanilla and put into a mini muffin pan. Put it in the freezer for 30 min.

melt bakers chocolate 30 seconds at a time in the microwave until mostly melted. Add the cream and agave and microwave for 30-60 seconds more. Do not let it boil. Add the remaining 1 1/2 tsp vanilla and stir until smooth. Spoon over the peanut butter and freeze again.

Store in a plastic bag or air tight container in the freezer.
