Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

2-3/4  cups		all purpose flour
1  teaspoon		salt
1  teaspoon		baking soda
1  teaspoon		baking powder
20  tablespoons		unsalted butter
1-3/4  cups		dark brown sugar
1/4  cup		sugar
2		eggs
2  teaspoons		vanilla extract
2  cups		semisweet chocolate chips

Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

Beat butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla. Slowly add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Press plastic wrap over dough and refrigerate at least an hour.

Preheat oven 375. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Drop tbsp of dough on sheets. Bake 12 minutes, let cool for 10 min before removing from sheets to cooling wrap.
