Place quinoa in sieve and rinse. Allow to drain, then place in medium saucepan with water. Bring to boil over high heat. Cover pan with lid, lower heat and simmer until all water is absorbed, about 15 minutes.

Mix in juices, cinnamon and salt. Cover pan and allow to simmer 15 minutes longer. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm.
