Directions:  
Heat olive oil in soup pan. Chop onion and saute in pan for 5 minutes. Open cans of tomatoes and add to pan. Chop garlic and add to pan. Chop potato in medium chunks (except peas) and add to soup. Add can of garbanzo beans/chickpeas to soup. Chop kale and add to soup. Add curry sauce and simmer for 1 hour. NOTE: other vegetables or beans may be added to soup.
