Directions:  
1: In medium mixing bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together.

2: In a separte mixing bowl, blend milk and eggs together. Add the melted butter.

3: Make a well in the center of the dry ingrediants and pour the wet ingrediants in. Stir gently.

4: Preheat griddle or frying pan with olive oil (lightly).

5: Fry the pancakes untill golden brown turning once when the small bubles rise to the top.
