Description: Delicious and easy way to eat your oats, for several days, by cooking once! Low calorie but filling.
Ingredients:  Makes 8 servings (8 bowls)

1  teaspoon
 
3  cups
 
1-1/2  cups
 
1/2  teaspoon
 
1  teaspoon
 
1  cup

Directions:

Mix xylitol and cinnamon, set aside.

Heat 2 C. almond milk until almost boiling.

Add oats and cook, stirring occasionally, until thick - about 5 minutes.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients except only use 2 T. of the xylitol.

Pour into 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle the rest of the xylitol on the top.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
