Directions:

Lightly dredge chicken in flour.

Over med heat add 1tsp butter and 1 tsp olive oil.

Add chicken to skillet brown for 5 minutes on each side.

Remove chicken, set aside and keep warm.

Add additional oil and butter, saute garlic for a few seconds.

Add mushrooms, salt and pepper stirring occasionally until golden about 5 minutes.

Add wine, chicken broth and parsley: stir with wooden spoon to break any brown bits from bottom of pan.

Simmer until liquid reduces by half.

Serve over chicken.
