Directions:  
in stock pot melt butter over medium heat. cook chopped onion and chopped garlic in butter until soft. stir in frozen broccoli and broth, cover and simmer unil tender, 10 to 15 minutes. reduce heat and stir in cubed velvetta processed cheese until melted. mix in milk. in a small bowl mix cornstarch into water until dissolved. stir into soup,cook and stir frequently until thick.
