Directions:  
melt butter into olive oil
add onions, garlic, celery and carrots
sautee for about 5 min
add flour and cook for about 1 min
add chicken stock and stick to thicken
milk and stir
add clams with juice and potatoes
bring to a simmer and cook until potatoes are done
(if it needs to be thicker add some flour mixed smooth with water until consistency is where you want it)
garnish with parsley
