Directions:  
Grease pan with butter package, don't use any extra butter, place pecan halves randomly on the sheet. In a saucepan melt the butter. Once the butter is melted add the sugar and water. Stir constantly, don't stop stirring! Keep stirring the mixture until it turns into a caramel color and almost has a burn smell to it. Quickly remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Pour mixture over the pecan on the sheet. With broken Hershey pieces place randomly across the toffee, once the chocolate melts a little bit spread it evenly across the candy. Let to toffee cool and the chocolate harden, can place in the refrigerator for quicker results.
