Dice Onions.

Put oil in a large pot or big roasting pan on top of the stove and heat on medium add onions and brown them until they are translucent.

Cut Stewing beef in small pieces.

Take onions out of pan and set aside.

Put stewing beef into pan and brown the meat.

Chop all other vegtables.

When meat is brown add back the onions, then add celery and red bell pepper. Cook 2 min.

Give the mixture a good stir and add the rest of the vegtables.

Add the 3600ml (4- 900 ml boxes)of reduced sodium beef broth.

Add your choice of herbs and spices.

Cover with lid and let cook over medium heat for a couple of hours or until vegtables are tender and you want to eat.
