Directions:  
sautee onions, celery, garlic for about 5 min
add chopped shrimp and sautee for 2 min
coat fish with a little olive oil
place in shallow baking dish
mix vegetables, shrimp and cover the top of the fish
sprinkle the bread crumbs, dot with butter
cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 30 min
