Directions:  
1 ) In medium saucepan, cook spinach and onion in water until spinach is thawed and onion is tender.

2) Place spinach mixture in blender with 1 cup of chicken stock and blend until smooth.

3) In same sauce pan, melt butter.

4) Add flour to butter and mix until smooth.

5) Add remaining cup of chicken stock to flour and butter. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil.

6) Add blended spinach mixture.

7) Stir in half and half.

8) Stir in lemon juice.
