Mix semolina with cream and leave it for 15 minutes

Separate egg yolks from egg whites

Mix egg yolks with sugar and honey

Scramble egg whites

Mix the curd with scrambled eggs

Add scrambled eggs to the curd and mix well

Add semolina with cream, raisins and almonds

Bake in heated oven for 30-40 minutes

Sprinkle some sugar and cinamon on top

Enjoy with sour cream or jam (or both) on top
