Description: I consider this the perfect juice for a boost during your workout, or to recover afterward. Yes, there are veggies in it, but believe me, you can't taste them over the fruit, and if it bothers you that the color is an odd shade of green then simply put it in an opaque or colored drinking bottle so you don't see it.

Directions:
Run everything through a juicer and drink. At these proportions there is enough for 4 people or 4 days. Calories shown are actually greater than calories in it because the fiber is gone. The actual calorie count is more like 427 calories for 3 cups. (Every gram of fiber is about 4 calories, so take the total fiber amount and multiply by 4, then subtract that from the total given to get the juice only calories.) Keep chilled. (When refrigerated in a glass container, I've kept this up to five days, but keep in mind that the nutrient value may go down with each passing day.)
