Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350
Soften yeast in water
Combine butter, honey, maple syrup, salt & scalded milk.
Let cool to a lukewarm temperature and combine with yeast mixture.
Add enough flour as needed, until it can be handled without sticking to your hands.
Knead until developed.
Shape into 2 loaves and place in greased loaf 4x8-inch tins
Let rise to not quite double in bulk (1-2 hours)
Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
