Directions:  
season chicken; dip into egg and then into flour and fry in light oiled pan for 2-3 min each side. place into casserole dish. Separately add broth to pan, add butter and parsley. Let simmer for a few min. Then pour sauce into casserole on top of chicken breasts and squeeze 1/2 lemon on top. Serve.
